Solution: Driving More Hits
Antibody Discovery Bottleneck
Certain targets in antibody discovery present challenges because they produce few hits. This can be due several reasons: immunogenicity of the target, immunomodulatory effects of the target during immunization, the immunization conditions used, and/or the discovery methods used. Furthermore, some antibody programs demand highly specialized activity for their antibody drugs, making it diffult to discover antibody leads with the desired function. We believe – and our Clients agree – that exploring a large diverse set of hits is the best start to an antibody campaign.
How can we drive more hits?
We apply our FACS antigen enrichment workflow to discover more hits. This enrichment method consistently produces increased hits in every campaign we've thrown at it.
